• Aimed at cultivating a healthy workforce and lively
workplace, the Group organised a month-long “Fitness at
Work” lunchtime programme in October 2014. Conducted
three times a week at our premises by external trainers,
each session included pre- and post-activity stretching and
cardio exercises, focused on toning different parts of the
body.
To ensure a nutritious post-workout meal, protein shakes
and fruits were provided for lunch. Fitness measurements
were taken weekly to monitor progress and a handful of
participants achieved significant weight and fat loss and
gained muscle after the 4-week programme.
